Stress,pain,depression....and the cure.......



ok,lets see....stress,a six letter word known by almost everyone in the world..even if someone doesn't,they'll still have it,, i happen to be a guy whos very familiar.....with stress n pain... inner pain..to be precise...physical pains are kinda rare...except from the incidents the past few weeks.... -_______-"... slapped and choked....luckily,the guys who did it to me were guys who were "un-paybackable.."...and FYI,one of them's a girl,Syahirah Binti *tuut* bkn larh nme sebenar.....


Everyone feels depressed right?some can't control it..and eventually leads them to suicide,i,in fact..are ones that suffers from major depression,,yes...i'm always hyper and cheerful,doesn't mean i've never thought of blowing my head....

BUT,there are things i do that kinda helps...here's a list,if you'd like to try them :)..

# 1 - hangout with someone who's funny,

or in my case,no one has ever really done a good job at making me happy...or laugh :(....so, i become the funny guy :D,and it really helps,turns out i prefer being the joker than laugher,,,but,a little laugh helps sometimes....ok,maybe a LOT XD

# 2 - Don't act ur age,

age are just numbers,why bother being a grownup when u can do what you like,event if its childish?
so from now on,instead of walking...run,instead of wandering around and checking what ur classmates are up to,jump and dance around,it works for me :)

# 3 - Hit the walls....

ok,this one's kinda optional....try it if u wanna,,but anything happens,don't mention me....i have this weird habit since i was little....i like punching walls...and when i say "punch",i mean "blow the guys head off" punch...it helped me..but i dont know about you guys.. :P

# 4 - do something you love,

this is usual,for me,it's music,,either i listen to them,sing them,play them,it really helps me a lot...another thing that i enjoy is......eating,, :D


so those are my ways,follow and enjoy it,or have your own way :)
